Kriya Hatha Yoga weekly classes.
Kriya Hatha yoga classes are for people who want to get to know Kriya yoga, want to learn and discover ways to take care of the health of their physical body, develop healthier breathing habits and better concentration skills. In a yoga class, we learn the art of strengthening and relaxing the physical body and the art of creating a balance between the two, and discover the interrelationships between the physical body, breathing and concentration.
Both those initiated to Kriya Yoga and those not initiated to Kriya Yoga can take part in the class. The first half of the yoga class is focused on practicing the 18 asanas of Kriya Hatha yoga. Then we study and practice breathing techniques and we also study and practice and try to understand meditation and its possibilities and meaning. In the Kriya Hatha Yoga class, we do not discuss the initiate topics of the techniques taught in Kriya Yoga. Instructor: Jaak Kivimäe. Yoga classes take place all year round – every Tuesday: Saku parish, Kiisa, Kurtna tee 8, Kiisa Leisure Centre 20:00 – 22:00; every Wednesday: Tallinn, Weizenbergi 20, Gaia School first floor hall 19:00 – 21:00.
